Do you want your direction to be more clear?

Go in

  • When you’re uncertain which direction to go, go in
  • When you’re uncertain whether to stay or go, go in
  • When you’re uncertain whether to quit or persist, go in
  • When you’re uncertain whether to wait or charge ahead, go in

Sit in your quiet, clean energy space with no agenda (else what’s the point, your ego can run you amok enough in the outer world, no sense taking it into your pure heart-space as well… defeats the purpose) & go into your heart. Breathe slow & deep. Repeat daily until you know/feel/sense/hear/see your best path forward.

Use the Law of Attraction for your SPIRITUAL PURPOSE rather than just physical comforts or ego wants

Inner heart

Sit in the stillness of your heart & open up to the higher or bigger plan for your life. Rather than merely attracting a bigger TV or nicer car, align with your essence & path of purpose. Sit in the sacred space of your heart:

  • bring through everything that’s for your highest good (call it to you)
  • ask for your spiritual path & the work you are supposed to do to come to you
  • allow yourself to receive & understand the gifts & awareness you’re given

If you feel disillusioned your mind is in the way. Let go attachment to outcomes & surrender deeper (breathing slower & deeper will take you there).

Tent blowing away

Have you ever seen a tent blow away in the wind? The stronger the breeze the more firmly anchored into the ground the pegs need to be to avoid disaster.

Its the same in your life: the more intense your challenges, the more grounded you need to be to avoid disaster.

Take a breath in, & breathe your energy out thru the souls of your feet to the core of the earth. Easy! (Do it again tomorrow)

The better grounded you are, the easier it is:

  • for your logic & feelings to come into alignment (head & heart to connect)
  • to focus on solutions rather than problems
  • Finish the things you start, and
  • Start the right things in the first place!

The words you use are a direct command to your cells

Cells

When you make changes at an action/behaviour level, change is only successful as long as you keep up the new behaviour.

To have long-lasting change: change the words you speak AND think in your head. The words you use are a direct command to your cells to specifically give you what you asked for (not what you thought you asked for). E.g Switch “I want to lose weight” to something like “I am shedding excess fat”, else you’ll get to keep wanting to lose weight, rather than actually shedding it.

Have You Got a Disconnect Between Knowing & Doing?

New Way

Some people think: “people would do what you do, if they knew what you knew.”

However, people do what they do because they believe what they believe.

There can be a tricky disconnect between knowing & doing. Most people know drinking pure water first thing in the morning enhances health. Yet, many neglect this simple, inexpensive action. Why? Because they believe something about drinking water… their health… their future… their time… or something else.

The essence? Behaviours are symptoms. We act in ways to stay true to our beliefs, even if we’re not conscious of them.

Look at your behaviours & deduce your beliefs. Are they taking you closer to, or further away from what you want?

New Year New Possibilities

New

Our culture seems to applaud the new:

  • “Out with the old, in with the new”
  • “New & improved”
  • “New car” smell

There can be a fixation on new. For some people “new” patients/customers/ideas/careers/projects/partners/locations/clothes/cars/houses/lovers/etc are more valued than the people or situations who’ve shown up for decades.

New can be exciting, different, news-worthy.

If you only gravitate to the new & dismiss the old, then following tried and true ways to grow your business/spirit/health/wealth/well-being/relationships/etc may seem too boring or lack the adrenaline response that comes with buying the expensive, unproven or risky.

Do what works. Incorporate the old AND the new that takes you closer to what you want (rather than further away).
